Purified spring water seems healthier to me . Dasani is OK but it has received a bad rap which may be able to be substantiated.

Read the labels and look up the water comparison in consumer reports and make your own decision. Some people say "spring" water is not really what you are getting. However, purified water was filtered and mineral water has the added "flavor"of minerals.

Neither, the bottles they're in are usually known to leak chemicals, which I believe is what gives it a funny taste.
For the best water find a place in your area that sells fresh bottled water, here we have Water Depot, we go there, they have big reverse osmosis and such filters, they take tapwater and filter it so it's in it's purest form. Then you fill up your bottles and take it home.
This means the bottles don't sit with water for long periods for lots of chemicals to leech out, as it does in storebought bottled water.
It's the best water I've found for drinking, because you can drink it at room temperature and it has no weird aftertaste. Real water is just pure, no funky taste.
Another option, get a Brita filter, and some good quality bottles that you can refill at home.

HEY! There's a concept! Putting water in a plastic bottle that has dioxin in it! Yay team!
No healthier than your average filtered water.

The water that comes out of your faucet. If you don't like the taste, buy a faucet water filter. I drink more water because of it and saved a bunch of money (on my car insurance, lol) because I don't buy my water any more.
