So if anyone knows about what Fordyce Granules is, tell me: Is it normal for one of those small white bumps to be a little red/inflammed?

I just turned 19. yet i look 15 or 16 so everybody says

Im also thinking its not this at all tho, kuz at work i was lifting a heavy box above me and it fell and the corner of it hit my mouth almost knocking my tooth out, i think this could have something to do with it.

No, it is not normal for Fordyce's spots to be red or inflamed. If you have not been irritating them, please see your urologist to make sure that you haven't developed an infection or suffered some trauma of which you are unaware. In the meantime, keep the area clean and you can try applying some neosporin ointment or cream to relieve the inflammation.
