Easy Garlic Fries:

4 servings
1 lb frozen french fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
2 teaspoons finely minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Prepare french fries according to package directions (bake or fry, your choice!).
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Pour cooked french fries in a large bowl and pour garlic mixture over. Toss well and serve!

Prepare your french fries however you like. While they cook, melt a stick of butter (less if you're not making a lot of fries) over low heat. Then add as much crushed or finely chopped garlic as you like. However, you should probably add at least 5-8 cloves in order to get enough garlic flavor. Don't let the garlic brown, just let it cook slightly. Once the fries are done, toss in the garlic butter.

3 lbs peeled baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch strips
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
cooking spray
2 tablespoons butter
8 garlic cloves, minced (about 5 tsp)
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip top plastic bag, tossing to coat.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.
Place butter and garlic in a large nonstick skillet, cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add potatoes, parsley and cheese to pan.
Toss to coat.

Preheat oven to 450. IN large bowl, thoroughly toss frozen French Fried
potatoes with soup mix; spread on jelly roll pan. Bake until golden and crisp,
