Okay so there aer 3 different ones i think i might have
1. de-personalazation disorder
i think i have this one. i alwasy feel like i'm on the outside looking in. that there is like no 'me' that 'i' doesn't it exsits, just 'sarah' exsists ((my name)) and its like i'm in a dream or something. idk...its like sometimes i get a flash of what i must look like even though i cant see it. i seriously think i have this.
2. dissasotiative identity disorder
its either this or the one before this one. cuz like it feels like there is either no 'me' or there is 'sarah' and 'me' and it gets annoying. cuz somtimes i'm dressing and acting like sarah and somtiems its 'me'
3. eating disorder not otherwise specificated
i'm pretty positive i have this. i try to throw up after eating like 300 calories, but i cant. and then i restrict majorly. like under 600 cals a day. and i think i'm the hugest thing on earth. then soemtimes i'll eat everything in sight...ugh
okay so do you think i have these

You need to see your doctor about the eating thing, because your behavior with food is going down a dangerous road. As for the other two, I don't think you have either one, but I would still talk to your doctor about it. I can't speak for everyone but I know sometimes I feel like that too and I know I don't have them. We all have insecurities and weird feelings sometimes. It's normal. Good luck and please go eat!

Hello Sarah, I am not a licensed therapist, but I do suffer with depression and I see my pyschiatrist for medication management and a therapist to talk things over with. I do read quite alot of anxiety in your question. I would really advise you to see a qualified professional. Only someone qualified maybe able to help you with these issues. Do not allow just a person try to diagnose your situation. If you need help finding someone, you might talk with a counselour or a parent, if not call a crisis hotline, if you can't afford treatment, there are professionals that will see you for free or on a sliding scale of whatever you can afford. Please always remember if life gets too tough call 911 or go the emergency room. They are considerate, caring people.

Well I honestly have no idea about the first two but from what you said about your eating habits that sounds more like bulimia or anorexia with purging. When people have an eating disorder it is common for them to also have depression, anxiety or other mood disorders. I am not sure how old you are but you should talk to your doctor or parents about taking you to a doctor because eating disorders are very difficult and you probably need some counseling. Good luck.

You might be over analyzing this. Just watch the cartoon network in your free time for some silly laughs, maybe eat a bowl of ice cream with it and do not throw up. Maybe spend less time thinking about things and spend more time just observing things (without analyzing them). Maybe turn on your favorite radio station and just relax. You might need to work on your self-esteem, but you could always do that another day. Just enjoy the moment. Talk to your friends on the phone, go shopping, read, but whatever you do don't analyze things extensively.

You definately have an eating disorder. It is killing you slowly, and may stem from another mental illness, so I would go see a doctor ASAP. Explain yourself as clearly to them as you have to us, and they WILL be able to help you. Most mental illnesses are at least manageable, often treatable with medication and therapy now.
You need help, you are killing yourself. Your other mental symptoms are not normal either.
PLEASE see a doctor!!

You need to stop diagnosing yourself and get some real help.
Be sure and tell the doctor or counselor how you diagnoses yourself.....that in itself can be an additional issue that you are struggling with.

Seek professional help. This really isn't the place to be asking questions this serious.

I am a Yahoo medical expert and the answer is yes. You may have all of these conditions stamped on your hand so you are easily identifiable to the general public.
