Yes I have. My comfort food is toasted bread with butter. It really starts my day every day.

But here is another way to look at it: A friend recently had severe health problems due to high cholesterol and blocked arteries, to the extent of being at high risk of getting a heart attack. Does he want to eat butter now? No!!!! Why - because he won't be alive to see his family if he continues intaking butter and smilar stuff.
So if you look at the big picture it is not such a big deal to not eat or have butter. We are so attached to these comfort food that we really loose the picture of what is really the meaning of life - which is to be alive in the true sense. Respect and value that we have been given a great chance to be alive nd take good care of our bodies.

At last I found a fellow Butterist. We must join forces to defeat the Margarine people who have allied with the Penguinists.

i grew up in a margarine household. as long as i have been buying my own groceries it has been butter. i'll lick the extra butter off of a knife but i wouldn't do that with margarine.
