Forbidden Fruit Cobbler

Soften two sticks of butter (do NOT sustitute margerine or any other fat for the butter)

In a food processor, pulse five slices of EZEKIEL bread until the crumbs are uniformaly the size of peas.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, the bread crumbs, and 1/3 cup honey crystals. Cut with a pastry cutter or two knives until crumbly.

Core and slice the fruit. Toss with 3 Tbl. crystalized honey, 2 Tbl lime juice, and 1 Tbl corn starch. Place fruit slices into the bottom of a 8" x 13" baking pan. Top with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is crisp.

You'll be kicked out of Eden for eatin' that!
