OK, I'll give this one to you for free. If you're afraid to talk to girls, here are a few of things you need to keep in mind:
1) Girls are just human. They are not some majestic, magical life form, nor are they royalty. Talk to them pretty much like you'd talk to anyone else. Do not go out of your way to admire them . . . just be normal.
2) Girls expect guys to make the approach.
3) If a girl has decided that she does not like you, she will not change her mind. (It's possible, but so unlikely that you should forget it.)
4) You lose nothing by talking to girls and asking them out on dates. If you fail, and they don't like you after all, then you have lost nothing. But if you don't try, you end up worrying about nothing.
5) No matter what they say, you can be too nice. Have a healthy amount of respect for yourself and others.
6) Go light on the compliments, lest you seem too nice.

I really dont think you are going to get the answers you need from girls because their thinking and emotional feelings are separated.
But you shouldnt exactly "try" to win the hearts of girls you should have them be attracted to you. Instead you should care if a girl is attracted to you or not, you should assume attraction.
I know it sounds crazy but you need to believe that you are attractive and a great person so that you will radiate positive confidence (and shouldnt care what anyone thinks of you). If you belive you are great you will think that you are a "catch" and women should have to impress you. Therefore you should be relaxed while going up to a woman who looks nice and be fun, interesting, and entertaining like you would with your best friend. Try not to take women so seriously and feel that you have the power (women like dominant men).
If you truly adopt all of these habits and try to talk to as many women as possible no matter who they are you should have no fear of girls.
Also dont try to buy to many things for women and trigger that thing in her mind that makes her think you are trying to impress her and therefore only go for coffee on a first date so that picking up the tab is no problem. Only spend a good amount on women when she has done something to impress you (remember you are in control). Also try to be random and exciting with women. Be different (compliment her on something that no one else would be likely to compliment her on) and not generic.

Honey, girls love to be told that they are beautiful, and made to feel needed. We don't all look for rich men, and we're not all materialistic. I, myself, enjoy being made to feel loved and treasured, through words and actions. Tell us we're pretty, that you like what we're wearing, that we have beautiful eyes, lips, skin, hair, whatever. Just make us feel beautiful and wanted. Like there's no one else for you in the world but us. If you feel you MUST get us gifts, small things given from the heart are better than thoughtless gifts any day.

AWW you sound like a sweetheart. Just be considerate of her feelings and don't say anything stupid. i.e. Think about what you say before it comes out. Pay attention to her when she has something to say, open doors for her and be cool around her parents! That's a big one! And don't forget to tell her she looks nice sometimes. Good Luck!!

either be yourself or you wont find someone you like. if you try to change, you will have to put on a fake face around them all the time which can become difficult. join clubs with lots of girl members and dont act femenine. just open up around girls you like. lots of compliments and intelligence are very appreciated.
