Assuming you mean a three card straight in a three card hand and a five card straight in a five card hand the odds are:

0.002172 = 0.2172% for a three card straight flush
0.032579 = 3.2579% for a three card straight (unsuited)
0 .000016 = 0.0016% for a five card straight flush (including a royal flush)
0.003925 = 0.3925% for a five card straight (unsuited)
