The term "Asian" is too broad. This reality is that Asia and its peoples are diverse because of how big the continent stretches.
Are you talking about people from the east part who are like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc? Most people connect the name Asia with these cultures and looks. However, Asia goes from Turkey to the pacific rim. Remember the famous National Geographic cover of the pretty woman wearing a shawl but had striking green eyes? She is an Afghani woman.
So technially, yes, there are blonde asians and asians with very light eyes, and that's not even counting if someone comes from a mixed background. You will find these in the middle east, persia, the indo region and even some located at the start of the far east and northern like siberia. It's really diverse and vast, and many of the cultures are made up of different asian mixtures from history, so you can expect to find many looks.

Very hard to believe... Im Asian too. If ya talking about those very few pieces of rare blonde hair on your body, I do have them too. Otherwise I dont believe you have blonde hair (brownish maybe but not blonde). Maybe you must have sleepwalked and bleached your hair or something. :) This is assuming ya full Asian.
Edit: Sounds ya indeed full Asian... hmm... why dont you show us a pic?

Yes. Although the black/brown hair color for Asians is very dominant, it is true that your ancestors possibly had blond hair and it could have been passed down to you.

All about genetics. Asians have brown hair, and brown hair is dominant over blonde, so no, it's not likely. But in some cases where one of the asian families has someone w/ blonde hair, you can still get it.
If your grandpa was german and your grand ma was asian, all of his kids would have brown hair.
Your father or mother ( son/daughter of your grandpa w/ blonde hair ) would have that gene in there blood, and if they married someone else w/ the same situation, bam there you are.
It'd be something like --
_ _____
| bb Bb
|Bb BB
|
b = blonde B= brown, bb = you.

The blond hair is probably white hair. Even if you're mixed you're not supposed to have both black and blond, that's too much of a difference.

Genes are genes....ancestors are ancestors....recessive genes produce all sorts of variations and who knows where your ancestors came from. Theoretically, we all came from an area near Ethiopia a zillion years ago. Check out http//www.bradshawfoundation.com for a fascinating look.
