at my daughters reception we are offering two entrees. Chicken or prime rib. anymore than that just gets to be to much messing around. this is much easier for the people who are going to cater it. have fun planning your wedding.

We served pollo ripieno (stuffed chicken breast) and filet of sand dabs. We also offered a vegetarian alternative (pasta). All were served with mashed potatos and vegetables. It cost $75/person and we had 130 guests.
