You like him as much as he likes you. You show him you won't reject him. What more can you do to show you appreciate him and won't reject him when he can't get beyond just all the flirting signals??

Well . . . if you're SURE he likes you, maybe he didn't get the hint that you won't reject him. You didn't exactly say what you did to show him that either. Unless you practically told him, there is a good chance that he might not know what you're trying to show him. Some guys are really afraid to take a risk when it comes to these things, due to inexperience, etc. Maybe it would be helpful if you ask him out on a date or something, or to hang out alone with him to do something fun (like a date, just not using the word "date"). Even if he's intoxicated with love for you, or paranoid about rejection, that should make him come out of his shell. Good luck!

ask him out yourself. plain and simple as that. i cant think of anything else you could do.
