Biore strips. Cheap and you can do it at home.
Becareful of the spa treatments, there has been a bunch of them cited lately for unsanitary conditions.

This is A cheap but wonderful way to clear it all up. I use nose strips then I cleaned my face with Listerine, twice a day. Morning and night. Recently my daughter (18) asked me to order Proactive as she had her monthly breakout. I told her before I did, to at least try this and within a week her face would be perfectly clear. The next day she came to me and said look, it worked almost over night. the trick is ALWAYS make sure you keep you hands away from your face as the carry more germs and dirt then you can imagine. Take a cottonball and Listerine. Clean you face, in the morning, after school or work and before bed. After your breakout has cleared, use only twice a day. Bacteria is the main cause of breakouts and with Listerine being antiseptic, it cleans the bacteria away, the pores won't have time to create pimples. Use if over your T-zone area or where it's most noticeable, at least twice. You'll need more than one cottonball as you won't believe the dirt that comes off your face. The pores actually start to shrink and you'll notice you don't have those dark pores on your face. At first you might feel tingling, but your face will feel clean and fresh when finished. Just try it at least a week before spend big bucks for market products.

Steam clean your face, you can do this by boiling some hot water and put your face over not in the hot water with a towel over your head to get the steam on your face to help open up the pores, and use a good exfoliating cream, with a hand wash cloth to help rub out the dirt on top of the surface of your skin, but do it gently in circle motions, then rinse in cold water, you might want to do this twice a week...

The best thing you can do is go to a drug store and buy biore pore strips. Then buy a mild benzoil peroxide cream and use after the strips. Then use facial cream to make sure your skin stays smooth and doesn't peel. Make sure you cleanse your face daily and dont be rough with it. Don't touch your face or you'll get more bacteria in the pores.

Biore Strips and/or
Products with Salacylic (sp?) Acid - face washes, moisturizers, etc. Try Clean and clear products. They make a great product called Persagel 10 that works wonderfully, it will clear up and prevent black heads and works miracles on zits.
Good Luck!

Find a good esthetician & get a disincrustation facial. This turns the oil that is blocking your pores into soap & washes away.
