I am away from home and so cannot offer the complete recipe, but I have something like this called "pretzle salad", and it is delicious.

For the base, you crush small pretzel sticks. Add a couple of tablespoons of melted butter and a TB of sugar. Spread in an oblong glass dish and bake.

The middle layer is 2 pkgs. cream cheese and half cup of sugar beat together with a small pkg of Cool whip. Spread on cooked and cooled pretzel crust.

For the top layer, use strawberry Jello and frozen strawberries. After dissolving the Jello, add the frozen strawberries to it. No cold water. Still until the srawberries thaw and mix with Jello. When partially set, pour onto the top. Refrigerate.

That's it! The combination of the salty pretzels, the creamy center, and the sweet top, is just delicious!

Ok I got a good one for you>

1. You have to options. Make a Sponge Cake crust. Or a chocolate crust.

2. The white part, you say is cheese. Make a Panna Cotta. This is a Italian dessert called cooked cream.

3. And for the top make a rasberry jellow. Make a raspberry couslis and add some water and gelatin.

First make the crust. Add the Panacota and once it sets add the raspberry coulis jellow over it and let it set. Add it almost at room temperature so it doesnt melt or destroy the Panna Cotta

This is a link to the recipe for Panna Cotta and Raspberry coulis. It is very easy to make. And It includes a picture which looks like what you are trying to make. Remember just add some water and gelatin to the coulis and a crust.

I know this recipe has been around for a long time, but I just dug it out and served it Memorial Day. I put it on the table with the salads and they eat it with their meal.

2 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) carton nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package red raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 quart frozen raspberries (DO NOT THAW)

Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Set aside.

With a mixer, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy. Fold in thawed, whipped topping. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large mixing bowl. Add FROZEN raspberries. Stir gently. Allow to sit for a few minutes until mixture thickens slightly. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
