I have naturally frizzy/curly hair... a nightmare, but when i use mousse it actually looks nice. But i was wondering if the hair products collection from John Frieda called frizz-ease works to make ur hair nicely curled or perfectly straight even thru humid weather...
Because theyre kinda pricey i just wanna make sure before i buy them and also could u please tell me which products in the line are best (i mean which ones do i need?)
Thank You so much for ur answers in advance!!!

-Read the book and visit the sites below about curly hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your curly hair- be happy for life!
- To style your hair using the curly-girl method you will need gel and conditioner at the minimum. Some less useful, but still nice stuff would be a blowdryer, a diffuser, butterfly clips, and a microfiber hair turban.
-The main philosophy of the curly-girl method is to not use shampoo. This may sound unhygenic but it has actually made my hair less oily and dandruffy. Shampoos contain some of the same chemicals found in laundry detergent. They dry out curly hair.
- Massaging of the scalp with conditioner to remove dirt is all that is needed. Then rinse and spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse. It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair. Then let your hair air dry or use a blowdryer with a diffuser.
- I really like the garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in cream, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the websites. I have only tried one frizz-ease product- frizz-ease hair serum is decent (that in itself is amazing) for fighting frizz. I've never heard a curly haired girl raving about their other products though.
- This takes 2 to 4 weeks begin working. This is hard to do if you don't read the book, or at least the websites. Hope this helps!

i have scary frizzy/curly hair also and i tried the john Frieda frizz-ease line. i also tried the majorly cheeper suave frizz-reducing mouse and creme and the suave worked just as well as the john Frieda stuff did. Also you may want to try garnier fructis products and sun-silk works well also. (tip: if you use the frizz reducing shampoo and conditioner or even the sleek and shine it really helps especially when you follow up with the mouse) (oh i thought of another: the easiest way to find the products for culy hair is to look for the green. i dont know why but all of the companies {besides herbal essences which uses purple} seem to use green for their products for curly or frizzy hair)

The hair serum is good. You just have to make sure that you don't use too much. If you use too much of it, your hair gets so limp and just plain yucky. But I love the hair serum. They have a small packet that is like a trial size of it that is only $1-$2, so that would be a good way to test it out.

Also, if you like using mousse, why not just spring for the Frizz-Eaze mousse only? Maybe it will work way better than the kind you currently use. I honestly don't think you'd need to buy a whole line of products though.

i have exactly the same hair - i use frizze free by Avon - really there is nothing different from an expensive one to a cheap one - maybe the smell is different but beause they are the same i just buy for the more mills.... 75 mls does me good, it last me 3 months - i was told by my haird dresser because of my "out their hair" to use frizze free after i wash my hair - frizzy/curly hair SHOULD only be washed about 2-3 times a week because you need to let the natural oils go through your hair. also another tip: always throw your head over and start from the back... about a size of a 20 cent piece should do... godd luck

You should try a product called Silk Drops from FX Special Effects. It works better and is less expensive than frizz-ease. You can get Silk Drops at any Walgreens, CVS, etc. Its the best! You'll love it!

I have really frizzy hair. And I told a hairstylist that I use friz ease on my hair and she told me that it has silicone in it so it works but if you dont use it the frizz will come back worse. And over time it ruins your hair

TIGI Catwalk CURLS ROCK is the best thing for curls. It is about 12 dollars but you don't have to use that much and it is worth it. The other stuff makes your hair greasy.
It is an excellent product.
