The word does exist, although I never heard somebody using it; it refers to a female (male is "piccolotto") short height person.
From "piccolo/a", "little".

Edit

yes, martox, it may be used to say a person is short and "ungraceful", but also in tender way! Like a b/f to a g/f. I also know some people use it as a nickname. So, somebody could say "piccolotta" both in a fond or loathing way

ittalian is mispelled.
If you mean 'Italiano' translation is clearly "italian".If it's 'italian' into our language it would be "italiano" if referred to a male or "italiana" if referred to a female.
'Piccolotta' is the diminutive of "piccola" (little girl or baby) but it's also a bit depreciatory since the effective diminutive is "piccolina"(very little girl) and 'piccolotta' is mostly referred to her short stature. Then I would translate 'piccolotta' as
"ungraceful very short little girl", a kind of "ungraceful dwarf" ("nanerottola" in Italian).

Edit #1- However in a friendly context it can be also used with a sweeter meaning, as here above suggested by my friend Pinguino.

It sounds more like you're trying to translate Italian into English?

Piccolotta isn't actually a word. Unless you're going for picciotta, which isn't Italian but a dialect term for a little girl.
