It's always good to have standards so that you don't settle for less than what you think is worthy of you. However, this is a double-edged sword. While having standards are good, you may come across as arrogant or egotistical to the opposite sex and girls may be turned off to that.
Also, you may have trouble finding a girl who IS good enough for you. There is always the chance that you'll never find her and have to settle for a) being alone or b) being unhappy with someone who you don't deem good enough for you.
Picky is good, but only as long as you're willing to compromise every once in a while. You never know -- maybe some girl out there will amaze you and completely ruin everything you ever thought was enough for you.

Yes and No. You're only human. We all have standards on what we want and what we look for in someone. But sometimes being TOO picky... someones you gotta think maybe it doesn't exist. There is no such thing as perfect logically i mean.
I think the girls who you have thought weren't good enough they probably weren't for a fact.
Sometimes when you find that special someone that is GOOD ENOUGH and worth it. She has flaws... flaws that are bad.. but it won't matter and you'll see through her flaws. And thats what will make her or whomever good enough.

it is ok to be picky,
but not to picky!!
if you feel no girl is good enough for you
then maybe your ego is a bit big,
be less picky for even a little while and you'll find a girl you over looked could be perfect.

If no girl is ever good enough for you, you will have to change your perspective on women.
I bet that 90% of the women are just fine, and you should learn to look for the diamond within. If you decide to only accept the top 10%, plan on growing old alone because you will deserve it.

If you have TOO many requirements to fix the ideal woman you're looking for, you are going to be a very lonely boy.
Nobody's perfect...someone who might fall short on some things could excel in other areas.

If your picky in the fact that you won't take a trashy personality, then it is good. If you are shallow, then it's bad.

its bad..cause I'm sure to some you aren't all that great either..everyone is going to have faults..not saying you shouldn't have high expectations...but you sound like you know you are never going to find anyone who is "perfect"..so cut them some slack..go out with them as a friend first...if there is not chemistry then there just isn't but if you find fault in everything they do..you aren't being fair to yourself cause i have yet to find a "perfect" person even the one that stares back at me from the mirror
