fireball…
if by chance you paid using your CREDIT CARD, call your CC provider and file for a CHARGEBACK.
ALWAYS pay through PAYPAL and fund any purchase with your CREDIT CARD.
this way if anything goes wrong and PAYPAL is not able to get your money back, then you have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK through your CC provider.
BTW, that seller did not cancel their account...Ebay did.

Hi,
Well you can go to ebay and you can file a complain there, by going to your my ebay page and then to dispute console on the left colum of the page, and then go to the link that says item not recieved and/or not as described and follow the instructions.
you are also able to get the persons phone number by going to your my ebay page - then going to advance search in the top right hand corner, when you are there go to the left colum and there will be a blue link that will say find contact info and you can enter the info they ask for and they shoud email you the persons phone number, maybe you can sort it out over the phone.
Hope this helps, if you wrote a check or used a money order these things can be cancelled within a certain amount of time. look into it? Although I take it you paid by paypal-- try emailing them back and telling them you didnt get all the items. Tell them the seller was a fraud.
Good luck I hope i helped you.

I fee sure there is a way you can report him to EBay. In the future, shop where you see what you are buying. If you need to find nice things at reasonable prices, try Thrift Store or the Good will. Sorry that you had bad luck.

well there isn't anything you can do but learn from it and take it as a loss. that happened to me before too. you should always check their feedback score before you even think about buying from anyone on e-bay. that's where i went wrong, but i have learned now. i don't have any problems when i know i'm buying from someone with 100% positive feedback. sorry for the loss, it's ashame we have to deal with people like that.

file a grievance that what they sent you was not what was listed. more than likely you will have to send back what they sent you, but that way you will still get your money back.
