not really, you see it is mostly genetics and Early childhood diet. if u drink excess amount of milk you might even stop your natural growth by calcifying your bones at such early age. males stop growing at 23 years of age, females at 21, so just keep active, drink the appropriate amount and have a healthy diet (YES including steamed veggies, raw, fruit, and not much meat)

Yeah, if it's in your genetics for you to grow taller. You definitely need calcium at the moment, especially as you're female. Teenagers need more calcium than any other age group. Just make sure you're getting about 4 servings a day, and your body will do the rest.

You don't really need milk at your age but it is okay to drink it. Calcium pills can be a problem. Do you have any kidney disease in your family? If you do then it may be best not to take calcium supplements.
Boys get later growth spurts than girls and males can grow into their early 20's - don't be worried.

you aren't done growing though. you have a good couple years before your body stops. by age 18 to 20 or so you'll reach your limit. but don't know for sure about the milk, but i don't think it'll hurt so drink up.

Just eat all your vegetables and you will grow, my sister who is 2 years younger than me eats her veggies and is about 2 inches taller than me, just because I don't eat veggies.
