Terrorism is a term used to describe violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians by groups or persons for political or ideological goals.

5 years after 9/11, the United States has yet to confront the roots of terrorism, has waged more war than peace and has continually raised the stakes of international confrontation.

America has 5% of the worlds population but spends 50% of the global budget on arms.

America has killed and injured more civilians in peace time than any other nation.

America pushed forward with it's illegal war in Iraq to find WMD oh no that was wrong find those responsible for 9/11 oh sorry wrong again insert democracy with a gun.

America is terrorism in every sense of the word.

It not only terrorizes its own population, with false threats about the economy failing, communists invading, extremist Islamics bombing, but the rest of the world, with over 700 military bases in over 100 countries.

America is a country which survives solely on terror. When peopl overcome their fear of the USA, especially the USA, and all you know today will be ancient history.

edit: not to mention manipulation of aid, the infiltration of europe, africa and the south americas, the deliberate wars in the middle east, the propaganda wars...

If we go back to 1945, we can see that the atom bombs were used as terrorist weapons. They probably did shorten the war and they probably ended up killing far fewer people than an invasion of Japan would have, but there is no denying they were employed for terrorist purposes.

The bombing campaign during the Vietnam War was primarily a terrorist action. In some cases, military targets were chosen, but in many cases there was no military objective. Bombing the Ho Chi Mihn trail was not strategic, except in the few cases where North Vietnamese troops were actually detected.

In Iraq, large numbers of civilians are being killed along with enemy combatants. This is naturally breeding resentment against the United States--more than half of Iraqis say they believe that attacks against the United States are justified.

America is the most serious threat to world peace in the world today. The present Axis of Evil is George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Karl Rove. Even worse, these evil men are supported by a suprising number of America's population.

Was just doing some research on an Amercan peace activist named Rachel Corrie, who was murdered by Israelis. Dialog about this incident on "yahoo answers" reveals a naseating fan base, one that feels this tragedy is an incident to be celebrated. That's right, there's no shortage of Americans who think murdering a peace activist by running them over with a bulldozer is a righteous thing to do.

Excuse me, I need to go throw up.

It is apparent that the Jihadist propaganda and psychological warfare that has been directed towards the U.S. for the last 30 years is definitely having its desired affect on some of you. Some of you are too far gone to be saved. You are self-hating Americans, conditioned to believe that everything wrong in the world is a direct resultt of America and its foreign policy. You are probably one of the list of remnant ideologies or belief systems that have been made largely irrelevant by the majority of freedom loving people - militant feminists, fascists, maoists, Trotskyites, anarchists, neo-nazis, isolationists, or Marxist-Leninist. Your only remaining outlet for your anti-American, self-loathing tendencies, is to throw in with the Jiahdists and their western apologists.

The root of terrorism is Islam. The sooner you realize that the sooner we can fight this war properly. Because when the jihadists have succeeded in manipulating our public opinion and forcing us out of the middle east, the near Jihad will yield to the far jihad, here in the U.S. And the Jihadists don't have much use for feminists, communists, marxists, etc. You are just Kuffar like the rest of us.

You are all so quick to point out how many people the U.S. has killed. Yet you ignore the millions of people muslim and non-muslim alike that the jihadists have killed during their Jihad. You irresponsibly speak of life in the U.S. as if you were being oppressed by the Bush Administration. Try complainig about how bad you have it to the Kurds, Shias, and Assyrian Christians under Saddam Hussein. Or the Kurds, Christians, and political activists in Iran. The tens of thousands of Algerians killed there in the 90's by muslim fanatics. The hundreds of thousands of non-muslims and black africans killed by the Islamic regime in Sudan. I could go on.
