for me, her look can get my attention at first (is what you see, so if you don`t know her, you will approach by this). but then, is her personality what finally decides .
maybe her look is not great, but if she has the right personality, then that`s what matters.

I am A guy and I prefer a decent looking girl with a good Personality, But There are several guys who go for all looks and others that go all for personality..So there is no Definant answer for that =/

both, there needs to be an equal balance for me in the beginning. If thing get rolling and as time goes on you start to think of her as the most beautiful woman you have ever seen, but without personality the looks will only take her so far.

To be completely honest it is the looks at first but if she has a bad personality the looks don't matter anymore. I know a lot of great looking girls but their personality makes them ugly to me.

Personality, attitude, humor and most importantly empathy. With all these in a woman, looks don't really matter. It's easy to get a good look, not quite to have a genuine personality.

Simple like a great race car balance is key. I am not gonna lie looks matter they are the basis for all relationships so lets not say it doesn't matter. Personality is important it can make a very pretty girl boring and a normal girl enchanting

All the guys I know would say looks, at first. Then, personality plays the main roll in how long he keeps her around. Look at it this way,....... when you walk into a room, you can't really tell a girl's personality, but you can tell how attractive she is.

I am not sure 'cause i am a girl, but i think they prefer looks during their teen years and their 20's. When they are more mature and ready to get married, I think they prefer personality over looks.
