It isn't that it is not OK, but it would be better if you found someone around 17 to 18. From the other answers, you must already have found a lot of "YES" and they are not wrong. Love conquers everything, even big age differences. But you must think about one important thing - the plane of thinking of a 17 year old is usually different from that of a 28 year old. Whereas similar age groups tend to think alike. In your case, after the initial infatuation is over, you have to raise the level of your thinking higher than a normal 17 year old and she has to lower it considerably to build some sort of compatibility. Only then will the relationship be a true success.

I am a 32 year old woman and my boyfriend is 23, also a 9 year difference. There is nothing wrong with an age difference between couples, as long as they are both mature and ready for the committment/responsibilities involved in having a relationship. One thing that is good for you to remember is that she does have experience on her side and may expect more from you, but don't get or be discouraged by this. As long as you want her, go for it! Good luck!!

If you care about her, then you should go for it. Just understand that there are a lot of disadvantages to dating someone much older than you. Experience, the weird looks, not to mention the expenses. Women at that age expect more from a guy, and you might become overwhelmed.

i think it depends on what she wants and is like and the reason why you want to date her.
Do you want to really get to know her or get to know her for a long while, or is short term more your lines ? Are you mature enough?
Other they that go for it have fun and good luck !!!
