Chicken and broccoli casserole is good, try Campbell's soup or allrecipes.com for a recipe. A baked chicken, with the broccoli as a side is nice. I love broccoli, cheese and rice casserole, another cheap and easy recipe.
Meat loaf is a winner, I like the recipe on the back of the Instant onion soup box, and serve the broccoli on the side.
There are so many broccoli salad recipes out there, one has raisins. And seven layer salad is always a hit.
and all these are cheap, and easy. The broccoli 7-layer salad is a little bit more in price, but it makes a huge amount of salad.
Hope you found something that sounds good. ps, you can always put cheese sauce on the broccoli!

put your chicken in a casserole dish along with chopped up broccoli add a can of mushroom soup, sprinkel some cheese on top bake at 350 deg for 45 mins and you will have a wonderful dinner.

All you would need to buy is a can of mushroom soup

Cook some rice to go along with it.

Tom Kha Gai (Thai chicken coconut soup)

Here's link to the recipe: http://www.thai-flavor.com/tomkhagai.html

Don't worry about not being able to find lime leave or lemon grass.

Galanga is basically ginger (just add 3 tbsp of lime juice)

Try go to Thai store if there's any in your city, they should have pretty much everything and it's cheap too.

I make this recipe for dinner a lot and it's YUMMY!!!!
