If you cut it open and repack it , it only gives it a different taste, it don't matter

You don't have too but a lot of people do. Where I'm from (Louisville, KY) they call it "freakin it". You empty all the tobacco into the plastic it comes in. Then take out the brown paper that's inside. It's a very tricky task, so be careful because you can tear it and ruin the whole thing. Then shimmy the tobacco back into the pipe while tapping the tip against something hard to get the tobacco in there. Next light and ENJOY!

yes. open it down the seem carefully and take out all the tobacco. Put in some of your favorite marajuana or canibis sativa and re roll it tightly. Then enjoy on you back porch with friends and 40 ounce bottles of you favorite fine malt liquor.
