How exactly do you say "The First Floor" in Spanish? I need it as a title, like for a floor plan. Does it depend on what kind of building I'm talking about?
For a building (Edificio), it would be "El primer piso",
but for a house (Casa) would it be "La primer piso", since casa is feminine?

It does not depend on the kind of building you are talking about.
It would be "El primer piso" because "piso" es masculino.
(Even if you used 'la', it should have been "la primera [noun]" because the adjective also needs to be in accordance with the noun.)
Remember, "the first floor" here in America is "La planta baja", which literally translates to the ground floor.
The American-2nd floor is called "El primer piso".
The 3rd floor would be "El segundo piso", and so forth.
In spanish (and Europe actually), it's behind one floor.

if it is of a building is "Planta Baja" or "primer piso" even though casa is feminine word it is not said "la primer piso " because you're saying it to "piso" and not to "casa", so it is "el primer piso"

it is "el primer piso for both a building and a house, it doesnt change

You can also say "planta baja" because many people are confused on that for someones the levels are
Sótano ( basement)
1er piso
2do piso
3er piso
etc.....
for some others...
Sótano
PB ( planta baja, mostly used at buildings and hotels)
1er piso ( actually the 2nd floor)
2do piso
3er piso
etc....

no, it's still el primer piso because you're describing piso, not casa
