Nothing seem to change when I click on the "up" and "down" sign that is under every answer.

You must be Level 2 first. You gain 2 points by answering questions and 3 points for choosing a best answer for your questions. If your answer is chosen as the best one, you also gain 10 points. However, you lose 5 points for every question you ask.

You can't rate, using the up and down, until you have 250 points. You have a ways to go so keep answering questions and you will get there!

you must reach level two by earning 250 points. click on your total points next to your avatar to see full details of yahoo answers. :)

That's cause you're level one. When you get 250 points, you'll be level 2 and can use thumbs!

Just keep practicing on all of my answers....up, that is....
Just be carefull,the overseers at Yahoo take a very dim view of giving the Crow bot bad reviews...it reflects a very bad attitude.

Thats because at level one (LOW) you cant rate jack. You cant be trusted.
