stop eating those fatty foods. no more fast food either!!

and get atleast 20 minutes of execice 4 times a week! :D

So like take a little jog, or just play a sport

The best advice I can give you is avoid fast food and hit a gym every day before or after (or both) work. Use the treadmill and run like you've never run before. If you buy your own treadmill, hang a piece of bacon or something you love above the treadmill, a few feet away, and run for it. Then when you're done you have deserved the right to eat it. But that's one slice of bacon, not a giant McDonalds cheeseburger with fries and soda. I'd also suggest that you take a trip to the grocery store and buy some healthy foods, cook at home- don't eat out. You'd be suprised. The best thing I ever ate was a pot pie or a stir fry- Try 'em!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

There's one way that's so easy it's unreal. Whenever you think about it inhale, pull your stomach muscles in as far & tight as you can & exhale slowly, then release. Anyone can do this just about anywhere. The added benefit is if you do this alot you're firming up muscles (which thrive on oxygen) which burn fat for fuel. As the muscles firm you'll look thinner even before you lose weight.

DO NOT EAT RICE. i don't know why, but among the list of carbohydrates, rice is the culprit. You can substitute potatoes, pasta, bread instead. You will not only reduce the size of your tummy but you will also lose weight.
NO beer of course. =)

cardio exercise like jogging and THEN do sit ups. my mom did that and she got pecs for doing 50 sit ups in the morn and 30 at night. gd luck
