hi there. i just need to know some work-out routines or some changes in eating habits that you recommend to get rid of the fat on my lower abs. im already petit but the only thing that bothers me is my non-flat lower belly. i would really appreciate what you think =] thanks!

reducing body fat comes from both decreasing the caloric intake and by increasing the resting metabolic rate through rigorous exercise. try HIIT cardio, it really ramps up the metabolic rate and it only takes 15 minutes 3x a week

abdominal training only strengthens the muscles of the midsection it has no effect on fat loss in that area.

Do crunches, sit ups, or else stick your feet under a dresser or something, lay on your stomach, raise your hands and use your stomach muscles to lift your upper body. I do those things all the time and they really help. Also, eating lots of fruits and veggies for in-between-meal snacks can really help. That's what I do. Hope this helps and good luck!

Try leg lifts while lying down. Lie on your back with your hands under your buttocks and slowly lift both legs 6" off the floor and hold for 10 sec. Do about 10 sets of 10 everyday. Worked for me.

do a lot of ab work that involves your legs ... i.e., leg lifts off the floor, scissor kicks ... that will target your lower rectus abdominis muscle for toning. but you can have an awesome muscle there, if there is still a layer of fat over it, you'll never see it ... so cardio, cardio, cardio!! sprints or interval training or steady, prolonged low-impact cardio usually produce the best results.

excersice regularly..
stop eating all fats..
and the best way is become a vegetarian person..
u also can try drink hot or warm water after eat..because it can melt the fat ur eating..
this is how the japanese do...
or drink a warm lemonade without sugar..
do a sit up...jogging and swimming...
the best way is cardio..
