My favorite comes from the Pearl of Great Price.
Moses 6:63
And behold, all things have their likeness, and all things are created and made to bear record of me [Jesus], both things which are temporal, and things which are spiritual; things which are in the heavens above, and things which are on the earth, and things which are in the earth, and things which are under the earth, both above and beneath : all things bear record of me.

I have two. First, Adam fell that man might be, man is that he might have joy. And second, To be spiritually minded is life eternal. I like the second one because there's a nice acronymn in there. S.M.I.L.E. I keep forgetting where these are found, but they're like my own scripture mastery verses. I was in college when I converted so I never attended seminary, so I don't know if they're really scripture mastery verses or not.
Oh, and also, where Christ says My peace I leave with you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. I know there's more to the verse, but that part I really like.

There are some great ones here already. Mine is Ether 12: 4:
Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor o the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being let to glorify God.

I especially love the anchor part. We are in a world with shifting doctrine and values. Believing in God gives us steadiness in that world, and thus leads us to do good. This is one of my favorites because of that hope and surety.

Mine:
Doctrine & Covenants 3:1-3
The works, and the designs, and the purposes of God cannot be frustrated, neither can they come to naught.
For God doth not walk in crooked paths, neither doth he turn to the right hand nor to the left, neither doth he vary from that which he hath said, therefore his paths are straight, and his course is one eternal round.
Remember, remember that it is not the work of God that is frustrated, but the work of men;

My husband's:
Matthew 26:39
And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

I have two in the Book of Mormon that instantly come to mind.

Moroni 7:26: "Whatsoever thing ye ask the Father in my name, which is good, in faith believing that ye shall receive, behold, it shall be done unto you."

3 Nephi 11: 29: "For verily, verily I say unto you, he that hath the spirit of contention is not of me, but is of the devil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another."

The verse in Moroni is my self-assurance that as I ask the Father in faith, in the name of His Son, and if it's good, I shall receive.

The verse in 3 Nephi is an assurance that when people speak ill of the Mormon faith they also speak strongly of the origins.

The third verse is found in D&C 121: 41: "No power or influence can or ought to be maintained by virtue of the priesthood, only by persuasion, by long-suffering, by gentleness and meekness, and by love unfeigned."

This last verse is a constant reminder that the priesthood that I hold is not a badge of honor but a sign of service that I ought to give to all as needed.

I love 2 Nephi chapter 2. The whole chapter is packed with doctrine. My favorite select verses are in D&C 121:7-9:
" 7 My son, peace be unto thy soul; thine adversity and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment;
8 And then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes.
9 Thy friends do stand by thee, and they shall hail thee again with warm hearts and friendly hands. "

This is followed closely by D&C 122:8-9:
" 8 The Son of Man hath descended below them all. Art thou greater than he?
9 Therefore, hold on thy way, and the priesthood shall remain with thee; for their bounds are set, they cannot pass. Thy days are known, and thy years shall not be numbered less; therefore, fear not what man can do, for God shall be with you forever and ever. "

I like a verse from Alma. I have used it in many blessings for my children. It, to me, gives a pattern of how we should live.
It is Alma 7:23, 23, 24.

And now my beloved brethren, I have said these things unto you that I might awaken you to a sense of your duty to God, that ye may walk blameless before him, that ye may walk after the holy order of God, after which ye have been received.
23 And now I would that ye should be humble, and be submissive and gentle; easy to be entreated; full of patience and long-suffering; being temperate in all things; being diligent in keeping the commandments of God at all times; asking for whatsoever things ye stand in need, both spiritual and temporal; always returning thanks unto God for whatsoever things ye do receive.
24 And see that ye have faith, hope, and charity, and then ye will always abound in good works.

Two came into mind:-

7 ................................ I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them.
(Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 3:7)

17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

(New Testament | John 20:17)

I like the last part of the 32nd chapter of Alma. And King Benjamin's speech.

Mosiah 2: 14 And even I, myself, have labored with mine own hands that I might serve you, and that ye should not be laden with taxes, and that there should nothing come upon you which was grievous to be borne—and of all these things which I have spoken, ye yourselves are witnesses this day.
15 Yet, my brethren, I have not done these things that I might boast, neither do I tell these things that thereby I might accuse you; but I tell you these things that ye may know that I can answer a clear conscience before God this day.
16 Behold, I say unto you that because I said unto you that I had spent my days in your service, I do not desire to boast, for I have only been in the service of God.
17 And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.
18 Behold, ye have called me your king; and if I, whom ye call your king, do labor to serve you, then ought not ye to labor to serve one another?
19 And behold also, if I, whom ye call your king, who has spent his days in your service, and yet has been in the service of God, do merit any thanks from you, O how you ought to thank your heavenly King!
20 I say unto you, my brethren, that if you should render all the thanks and praise which your whole soul has power to possess, to that God who has created you, and has kept and preserved you, and has caused that ye should rejoice, and has granted that ye should live in peace one with another—
21 I say unto you that if ye should serve him who has created you from the beginning, and is preserving you from day to day, by lending you breath, that ye may live and move and do according to your own will, and even supporting you from one moment to another—I say, if ye should serve him with all your whole souls yet ye would be unprofitable servants.
22 And behold, all that he requires of you is to keep his commandments; and he has promised you that if ye would keep his commandments ye should prosper in the land; and he never doth vary from that which he hath said; therefore, if ye do keep his commandments he doth bless you and prosper you.
