unfortunately you cant choose which body part to lose weight of - it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I DIDN'T CATCH THE AGE BUT FIRST PUT YOU RE I D IN YOU RE POCKET THEN LEAVE ALL CREDIT CARDS AND MONEY AT HOME.there IS TWO REASONS NOW DRIVE TO THE MALL PARK AT THE END OF THE PARKING LOT AND WALK INTO THE MALL START AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MALL AND WALK THE FULL CIRCLE THEN GO UP NEXT FLOOR THE FIRST DAY THE THIRD DAY YOU GO IN EVERY STORE WALK TO THE BACK AND AROUND THE HOLE STORE THIS IS WHY YOU LEFT MONEY AT HOME DO THIS ON WEEKENDS AFTER SUPPER AND YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW MANY FRIENDS YOU WILL MAKE.ALSO YOU WILL KNOW WHERE TO BY THOSE SMALLER CLOTHS YOU WILL NEED.

healthy eating and exercise.
no fast food or greasy deep fried things .
and cardio exercises like Bike .. walking ... jogging ... stairs ! ...theyre all good for thighs.
I heard that biking standing up is more for the thighs than sitting down and also , climbing stairs on ur toes and heals up is more work on the thighs .
Also, there are machines at the gym u can use , and there are alot of exercises and stretching u can do for the thighs.

pilates are the best! you will notice a difference all over. my thighs are the biggest part of my body but i love them :D just a little toning will do you good. start now and you'll be in shorts just in time for summer
