A) if those four are my only choices.
in my house it is gravy made from the pan drippings with a little sherry. And cranberry sauce on the side. Mustard would also be nice. Makes an excellent turkey sandwich. Horseradish is more for steaks I think. And never had a mint sauce and it just sounds weird.

Cranberry Sauce is served with Tukey, traditionally Mustard is served with Ham, Mint Jelly with Lamb, and Horseradish with Beef.
