i have always been the type of person that binges on junk food when im bored.. but i used to be 128 pounds last year (im 5'6) now im 146.2. so i decided this morning that vomiting would be great so i started. then tonight i ate a whole bag of chips and a macdonalds and i weighed myself at 47 lbs and after i was 144.8. would this help me is there any other way to lose weight as quick as that???? pleease help!

please dont do that anymore,and dont become model skinny because those girls are anorexic and bilemic,just do cardio excersise and eat healthy,no more chips and mcdonalds.

The best way to lose weight fast isn't by vomiting, which is really dangerous. The best way is to take out the water weight first, which means stop eating the salty foods!! Drink something that can flush you out like a dandelion root tea. That will make you pee out the water.

Some other people do a juice fast. It helps to get all the toxins out of the body, but don't do it when you have to work or drive, you will feel weak at first. But after a few hours, you will have to take a big dump and that gets out a lot of the toxins also. The juices that are best are root juices like carrot, and beet. Some people fast with water only but I don't recommend that until you get off the junk food.

Other people use laxatives to crap out the weight, which can flatten the tummy.

You can't continue to eat that crap you describe and expect to lose weight, it's full of chemicals and sodium and the salt makes you retain water.

I'd chew gum and find something else to do when you are bored, like play on the computer or chew carrot sticks. Just don't vomit, it can kill you.

Just cut it out. You know that's a crappy idea, very gross and dangerous. Quit binging on junk food when you are bored and you'll lose some weight just from that alone. You don't crave junk food as much the longer you go without it. If you insist on losing weight in an unhealthy way, just drink more caffeine and eat less. Don't drink soda either. Don't starve yourself or you'll stop losing weight because your body will go into 'starvation mode' and begin to try to store the fat.

I'm just over 5'5" and I went from 120 up to 150 in about a year and a half. I just quit eating garbage and drinking soda and starting walking more and I lost 25lbs. It took about 6 months but the weight stayed off. In the last few months, I dropped another 5 lbs because I quit drinking beer.

Vomiting will erode your esophogus and your teeth enamel besides causing other problems. You don't ever want to start something like that as it is very dangerous and sick. To lose weight eat healthy meals and a healthy snack between meals and get regular exercise. Do not try to become a skinny model as most of them are sick and look sick. You should try for a healthy weight. If you don't like the looks of your body then tone it but do not try to get model thin.

NO WAY!!!!! trust me ive tried. it come around to bite u...HARD! i used to hate the way i looked...id look in mirrors and hate what I saw. I tried vomiting, not eatig, and slitting my wrist. and u know what? i wound up having 2 go to the school consolor. my friend found out and i was all red eyed and shaky the rest off the day...it was pure torture. But in the end, I looked myself in the mirror and finally saw my beauty. I took sports and lost weight the RIGHT way. trust me its not worth it...please stop before it gets worse

STOP There is no way to lose weight that fast, but that's not healthy, you'll die. Just jog and make sure you eat health. Plus, you're already thin, so loosing weight wont be hard for you.

Most bulimics don't lose weight...it's not the way to go. YOu are losing water weight...not true weight...if you want to be miserable the rest of your life...keep on puking...if you want to be thin and happy...exercise more and see a dietitian!
