I work out of my home in New Jersey, but my employer is in DE and takes out DE. Do I need to file a DE return

On my W-2 it shows DE takes being taken out. Since I only work from home (NJ) do I need to file a DE return as well as a NJ return?

If they're taking out DE taxes, you'd have to file a DE return if only to get your withholding back. If you neither work there not live there, you might not owe them anything, but it would depend on just what your job and work arrangements are.
