Hi there, I have gotten two first notice letters in the mail for paying my debts.
I paid them, and I was wondering if you have to call and give them the receipt number for it to be accepted as the bill is still showing up on my online banking.

Once your payment is processed, the banking record should be corrected. Allow a couple of weeks for this.

Hmm, sounds like there's a problem---yes, you better call them and give them the receipt information...and don't lose those receipts!
