how old r u??? if u r still in high school i suggest u to keep the relationship with ur friend above all else. dont let any boys interfere. if u r old enough, like i would say probably 17+ i suggest u 2 talk to ur friend as 2 mature young ladies, and ask her how she really feel about the guy, and tell her that if she s really into him, and he s into her, then u would back off and be happy for them. if she's not into him.. then u have the path clear.

Yes. It's not unusual for friends to like the same guy; she probably never even noticed him until you pointed him out.
Maybe you need to keep your likes to yourself until you are going steady or married to the guy. Then, if your friend hits on your boyfriend or hubby, you should drop her.

It means she is competing with you. She likes him because he is desired by others therefore making him more attractive.

It might.
Is he worth losing a friend over?
Does she want more time with you?
Is she really a friend?

idk but I think she likes him now because since you said that you like him she might see him differently. If you think he really likes you don't let her get in the way, but don't be mean about it because u don't want to ruin a friendship.
