use lipgloss and try a cute ponytail on ur head at a 45 degree angle that would be cute..wear pink and smile

go for the healthy look, dont wear too much makeup, just look neat and clean dont worry too much about flashy clothes just wear clothes that fit nice

Idk what you look like sooo.... but you could do your hair cutely, wear a little makeup, or/and layer clothes. Accesorize your outfits with a belt,a bag, or jewelry. idk what stores you shop in but abercrombie, aeropostale, american eagle, or Hollister. Those are all cute stores.
