Tint some coconut flakes green (you can Google how to do that -- I know you can do it at home, and it's not hard, but I hate the stuff so I've never used it) and scatter it around the top of the cheesecake like grass. Then, place a few bright jelly beans in it for eggs. That'd be fun. If you can get the speckled or mottled beans of the Jelly Belly brand they'll be really cute AND won't make your cheesecake too sweet because they have a fuller flavor.

STRAWBERRIES!!!!!! You can never ever go wrong with strawberry cheesecake!!

If you're wanting it to be Eastery, try adding a few drops of red food coloring into the cheesecake mixture to give it a soft pink tint. The light pink cheesecake topped with red strawberries would be a good route to take.

Nothing--serve it plain. *Good* cheesecake doesn't need any toppings to mask the flavor.

If you want to add something to spruce it up and make it pretty, I'd add some of those Robins' Eggs (they're malted milk balls that come in pastel colors and are sold at Easter time. I think they're made by Brach's.

I am not religious, so to me, easter = chocolate! If you are like me, chocolate, chocolate and a bit more chocolate. Im sorry to say if you are religous, the body of christ just isnt that appetizing.
