Green tea, i've never tried, but here's what I found to work:

puree an egg white, some shea butter, and avocado pase in the blender until smooth. spread the mixture around your eyes, lie down, and wait until it hardens. then remove it. if you repeat this a few times a week, your fine lines should gradually dissappear. (this will help your skin produce collagen, and make it firmer.)

The caffeine in the tea perks up your skin and tightens the skin so it does appear for a few hours that the wrinkles are diminished. However if you want to treat fine lines I would suggest you always use a moisturizer and use a mild anti wrinkle cream at night to prevent further lines and to treat existing lines. ALWAYS use sun screen with UV protection, sun damage is a number one cause of premature wrinkles!

Pulling some used, chilled tea bags from the frig and make swelling diminish and the appearance of wrinkles with them. Fine lines might not may not disappear, but they should improve, and your eyes will look rested and feel great.

The tea bags are good for bags or puffy eyes.

Not lines though.

Do not use any creams with mineral oil in them.
(vaseline, baby oil it hardens skin not softens it).

I love Arbonne - I use the nutrimin c re9 and the eye cream in the regime is all natural and really helps -
