find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

your weight goal is unreasonable. I don't think there is a safe way to lose 5 lbs in a week at your weight. Also, how do you expect to not have to exercise? If you really want to lose weight, you probably don't even have to go on a diet since you're a vegetarian and probably have a low fat intake anyway. The best thing to do is for you to exercise. Do some cardio, like running or aerobics, maybe 30 minutes every day of the week and then once you meet your goal, do it 3x a week. It always confuses me when girls want to lose weight (when they usually don't even need to in the first place) and expect to do it without exercising.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days and then 28 pounds in about a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com

You really cant lose weight without exercise. You have to burn more calories then you consume, and exercise is a sure way to make sure you do.
Eating an all veggie diet is not the best way to do it. Being a vegetarian is okay, but you still need your diary and carbs - eat salads with nuts and cheese, yogurt, smoothies, PB, and other vitamin rich foods.
Not to mention - 110 is fine for your height. Check out this chart (you may need to click pounds/feet link above the graph).

the only way to lose weight properly is to have a healthy diet, and exercise regularly.
eat the protein with your vegetables as well-just take in 500 calories less a day, and exercise for half an hour a couple times.

Let's say you want to lose two pounds per week. To do so, you need to figure out how many calories a person of your age, sex, and weight usually needs in a day (see Eat Less), subtract 500 from that amount, and follow a diet that provides you with that many calories. For example, if you would ordinarily need 3000 calories in a day, you would follow a 2500 calorie per day diet. Then you figure out how much exercise a person of your weight would need to do to burn 500 calories per day (see Exercise), and you get off your lazy *** and do it. The result is simple. 500 fewer calories consumed plus (minus, actually, but we don't want to confuse you) 500 more calories expended equals a 1000 calorie per day deficit, which, over the course of a week adds up to 7000 calories, or two pounds. Your mileage may vary, but there's no getting around it. If your body is consuming fewer calories than it's expending, something's got to go (see God, "The First Law of Thermodynamics").
