I hope you find an answer. I feel the same way and I have a relationship and animals. The void has been there for most of my life. Do you sleep well? Some one told me once that it may be lack of serotonin. Good luck!

Really think about yourself and what it is that you'd like to be doing with your time. If you want a woman in your life, try to meet one. If you would like to spend more time with friends, make lots of plans. If you don't have friends, make some. Take up a new hobby, travel, bike, run, read a good book, etc. Just remain confident and positive.

Get a pet. Labrador pups make good void fillers.

I'm sorry for you. Only you can know what's really missing. Maybe pursue a love interest? Or get out with friends. Maybe it's not a satisfying career? Good luck.
