I had a PS2 hooked up to it before and want to upgrade. The HD picture works well so I'm assuming it has HDMI.

HDMI is nothing more than a slot on your TV. Look for a small "slot" that looks like a UBS port. It usually will say "HDMI" next to the slot as well....You will also need a HDMI cable to use the slot.

do no longer pay interest to the marketed assessment ratios.!! there is not any actually thank you to locate that spec. that's hype from the manufacturers.!! A plasma is large for activities and quickly action, via fact it has an extremely quickly reaction time..... (i could stay removed from projection.. Plasma additionally has an extremely huge viewing attitude, as much as one hundred seventy ranges like an OLED..) If that's out of your budget, i like a competent LED, (slender and lightweight) alongside with a Samsung, with one hundred twenty hz. refresh cost... If over 32 inches in length, get 1080p... A smaller length would be nice with 720p....!! Broadcast television stations are all in 720P or a optimum of 1080i... the only 1080P might properly be considered with a Blu Ray DVD, or a playstation -3 interest device....(P for innovative test.) do no longer purchase a low fee kind.

Well, the Spec sheet shows 2 COMPONENT, but no HDMI connector is listed.....

But don't worry.....the CRT PROJECTION TV's best and shortest path to the picture tubes is the COMPONENT INPUT JACK......

THE HDMI is the Shortest path in a Plasma, or LCD or DLP TV....
LESS DISTORTION of the signal occurs on the SHORTEST PATH !

So your Component OUTPUTS on your NEW PS3 is the best (and less costly) choice for a CRT Projection TV like yours !!

I'm serious about this !

I have HDMI on my CRT Projection.....I only use it as a LAST resort connector for HD inputs....

Look in the back. Look at www.hdmi.org on examples of how an HDMI connector looks. (Looks like a flatter USB cable)

I think your TV has only component input, which should be good enough to connect your Ps3.
