Go here and you can calculate it for yourself.
You are at the upper end of normal.
But just a couple of pounds more and you will be a tad overweight.
Don't forget that weight and shape are not the same things. I remember a cartoon where some guy is standing in front of a mirror and the caption says "I weigh the same as I did when I was 25." There is a picture of him at 25 and the weight is up on his shoulders, and the image in the mirror has all the weight around is belly and butt, lol.

I am sure you look just fine at this weight. I remember reading somewhere that the average American woman is a size 14. At your height and weight, I am sure you wear a smaller size than that, so there ya go. If you feel good at 150 pounds than you are just perfect!!

Body composition is a better indicator of health than just height and weight. Do you have a roll of fat around your belly? Can you walk up the stairs without getting winded? How do you feel?

go to the doctor and make sure you are healthy. because if you are then you dont need to lose weight. you should feel comfortable in your body. each person has a different body type.
please ignore all the ignorant comments on this. dont let those comments effect who you are. a lot of people think weight matters, but it doesnt. if you are healthty and you feel comfortable that is all that matters. my family thinks i am overweight, but my doctor says i am perfectly healthy.

You are fine! Your weight is perfectly normal. Have some confidence, and don't worry so much about your exact weight! Trust me, you'll be fine (as long as you ignore the girl a few answers above me, b/c people CAN in fact be too skinny).

rule of thumb is 100 lbs for 5' tall and add 5 pounds for every inch over that. you should be around 130. but if you're over 40 you're allowed more for some reason.

that is a normal, healthy weight...but you should be happy with your weight so if YOU feel that you need to lose a few pounds then lose a few pounds.
