Swimming would be a great way for you to loose weight. I've been doing it for three years now and it's a great way to loose weight, keep it off and develop a sxy body! You'll want to do it on a regular basis otherwise it won't be effective. I'd sugest you do an hour of swimming about 2-3 times a week and eventualy if you want you can bump it up to more times. Keep a great pace and really keep in top of it, before you know it you'll be fit. By the way over the time that I've been swimming i've developed six pack abs. So ya there's some modivation for you;)
Now I work out every day for about an hour. I do this because I enjoy it, thats not for everyone. But what I do is I go down to the track by my house and I run and walk for about an hour. I also use the excersise equipment they have there. So I would sugest you do some running and walking through out the week. Oh and I run up and down the bleachers...that will really get your heart pumping and you'll burn off lots of fat.

If you eat healthy food and exercise I would do my best not to pay any mind to people who are calling you fat. It sounds like something that other teenagers are saying to you. Ask them why they're being mean (because it's just meanness that makes people say those things).
If your main concern is your own health, you can find out more about healthy foods (fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins) and improve your eating habits. Don't make yourself throw up, but do exercise, play sports, dance, walk, take the stairs. Get involved with some of the organizations for teens in your area.

Eat less, definitely. Also, don't starve yourself, because it's hard to stick to and once you stop your metabolism will be lower and you'll gain all the weight back (and some). But if you can't stick to eating a lot less, just eat healthier. Fruit and veggies are good for filling you up, yet have barely any calories. There are also plenty of snack bars, etc. which are WONDERFUL, and have a small amount of calories. Try to exercise a little more each day if possible.

Try to avoid fast food, chocolate, and soda.
Try to cut down only 3 meal a day instead of 5, 6, 7, or 8 meals aday.
Try to jog at least 30 mins a day.
If you can do all of these, you will lose weight very fast.

Get a checkup from your doctor. Voice your concerns to him/her. Keep active and eat nutritional foods, not junk foods. Drink lots of water. Your doctor should be able to give you an idea of what your weight should be and if you are at an ideal weight for you.
Not all of us can look like the stick figures that rule the media images we see. Don't let peer pressure or society make you take up unhealthy habits, because if you do that, you will regret it later on. Love yourself, embrace who you are and take positive steps to stay healthy. Best Wishes to you.

Eat 3 small portion meals a day and two snacks. Stick to healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, fish, and chicken. Drink a lot of water. I'm glad you're against being bulimic, smart girl.

I think you can just keep on working out run a mile everyday, eat healthy foods, dont make yourself throw up because that it just gross! I would just stay calm and belive me you are not fat. Maybe you think you are but your not. Just lift weights, jog, ang maybe even do fitness videos. Those might just work. Im glad that I can help.

im 13. do not do anything that will hurt you (like fasting, throwing up, taking loads of pills). Try playing sports taht you like? also, maby you need to change how you dress, depending on your build, skin tight clothing may not be the thing for you. try longer, flowy clothes? empire waist dresses? loose jeans?

i eally dont think so u might hve to just deal wiht it=( i thik im fat to but yea tell ppl to shut up but yea just try excersizing twice as much as u do now liek push urself and eat healthier also just drink like lots of water

pleeeease dont resort to anorexia, it can cause so many serious health issues!! they healthiest way to lose weight is to have balanced meals and lots excercise. one on my personal favorite excercises is jogging in place while i watch tv ; )
