And why do those same Christians give their children teh Bible to read... If you've read the Bible, you would know that it should come with an R rating.

Kids shouldn't be on the net without parental supervision in the first place, but some parents can't be bothered, so let their kids surf, because otherwise they'd be bothering them. The more caring of the idiots tell the kids they can come on the religion/spiritual section, because these fools obviously have never been in this section so have no idea how it is. The net is the new babysitter, since the tv has become an old school babysitter.

I'm a christian, but honestly haven't seen anything about being careful because kids are here, until now, and I certainly didn't say anything, until now. Maybe I'm not "most" christians. Who are these "most" christians anyway, since I've never seen this? Its true, people should be more careful in areas kids hang out, just haven't seen anything about it, and I have to think that there are non-christians who would also be concerned about what kids are reading in here. Not all non-christians are morally and ethically lacking sociopaths you know, some are even pretty darn good parents.

Are there Christians who have said that? I haven't seen a single one of them say that, let alone "most."

Our aim should be intelligent discussion. I disagree with fireball in that I think a little swearing is fine (though others might think you look dumb or crass) and that sexual discussion is perfectly moral and healthy.

But if we are having an intelligent discussion, then stupidity, bias, and intolerance don't belong, and any posts that are just plain stupid spammage serve to lower the signal-to-noise ratio in any online discussion.

The children in here are no longer children. They are teenagers and those about to be teenagers. I doubt there is a six year old in here.

For anyone foolish enough to allow impressionable children unrestricted internet access, this place is the least of their worries.

How nice of you to mention me. I am the Disney Dude.

I am fifteen, and find this much more interesting.
