credit card chargeback HELP HELP HELP! <3?

Question

If someone wanted to file a chargeback to me via paypal.....because they purchased somnething from me....HOW LONG DO THEY HAVE TO DO THE CHARGEBACK? is there only a certain time to do so or can they do it any time they want??

I think they have 30 days after the first bill on which the charge appears to dispute the charge with the card issuer. That could be almost 60 days after the transaction posts.
