ha, ha, ha, yes! how rude! that's basically saying that your date with them was pretty low on their priority list. maybe they got bored and needed a filler date so they remembered you and called you up. why go out with someone who basically blew you off? maybe you should wait 3 months to respond! ...unless they are paying and in that case go get yourself a free dinner and movie!

yes.. because if the person was truly interested, the date would have happened three months ago and I wouldn't be answering this question.

Depend on you, if you're still interest to go out with that person. If so, go out and if not, tell the individual that you're no longer interest to go out.
