You can be a devout christian and be a stripper however, you are sinning according to the bible. You can believe and if you accept God as your savior than you will be forgiven for your sins no matter what they are. I am not a holy roller but I know that if you ask for god to save you he will and just because you are a stripper, or are gay, or practice premarital sex doesn't mean you can't love and believe in god. We are all sinners no matter what and nobody is perfect except for God himself. The whole reason Jesus Christ died was to wash man away of his original sin. So while God may not approve of what you do, he still loves you and you can still love him. Don't ever let any religious person tell you that you can't be a good christian becasue they all have sins too.

Whether you choose to believe in mythology or not, I've never seen stripping be a good choice for anyone in the long term
Don't get me wrong, being nude and/or sexual in and of itself is not immoral, but there is a whole CULTURE that surrounds the profession that is nothing but dysfunctional and it warps people over time. As soon as you have a viable option for furthering your education or the like and getting out of this you would be better off.
Furthermore, the individuals who stay level-headed, honest, and bring artistry to the striptease are few and far between. More often you merely find broken people who become more and more broken. Which came first, the chicken or the egg, is a difficult question, but the cycle has to be broken somewhere.

A DEVOUT Christian would not want to be a stripper. Plain and simple, you are judged by the fruit you produce.

You sure can! Heck, if a closet homosexual can be the President of the National Association of Evangelicals then why not.
Everyone knows that Christians are some of the biggest hypocrites in the known world.
But then, that's just my opinion. Just remember to pray before you get up there and strip--I mean, dance hon.

A Christian is one who follows the teachings of Jesus and not necessarily the teachings of the church or the teachings of Paul so I ask you, can you be a Christian and a stripper? I think you probably can.

just know that in spite of what you do
God cares about you.
Remember the ones that will persecute you are sinless.
remember also that what goes around comes around.
seems like you are considering much less than you were created for, yet we all have a chance to explore this universe and reach our highest potential. What is it about stripping that makes you feel like you are really helping someone?
If it is for money,
find a career that is much less threatening and abusive!

no i dont think that would be a good idea..........because if u r married.......u need to keep that special bond u have with ur other half.......................u will find another way to make money, and it will be blessed by God.so i do not blv that being a stripper will be blessed by God.
plz dont take this as me being harsh this is only my opinion on what i know from the Bible (baptist is my religion)

Since you have given your life to Him and He is the very center of your being and reason for living...you are in good standing with Him..you must pray and ask His perfect will for your personal life. My thought on the matter may not reflect His.
