Believe me, I feel the same way all the time. But you didn't mess up bad, it's easy to get back on track. After nachos, just don't eat a lot. Have some fruit and veggies to fill you up. You'll be back to losing weight in no time.

Nope ,one time of eating nachos wouldn't be considered messing up. Just keep doing what you were doing prior to having the nachos and you will be fine. Good Luck!

Well, if this is your 5th, 6th or even 7th time messing up this week then you have a problem but it sounds like you needed to treat yourself, so no problem

Here are some easy ideas for no guilt treats:
strawberrys and yogurt and granola parfait (yum)
gramcrackers, penutbutter and apple
small amounts of dark chocolate (more healthy that milk chocolate)
bannanah, strawberry, rasburry, (and anything else you like) smoothie

good luck!

That was just one step back, it is not the end of the world. How many nachos, sometimes you need a little reward or treat. Tomorrow just be a little stricter.

No you did not. By denying yourself you will gorge yourself 10x worse! You can hav your "treats" once in a while in moderation. It's all about balance! The more you allow yourself portion controlled treats, the less likely you will stop your diet. Keep up the good work!

depends on how much you had. Did you eat a whole bag or just a handful. Either way, just move on and cut back somewhere else later. It shouldn't matter that much, if you are doing that well. Keep up the good work

how many is "some"? don't worry about it. you've done well all week. watch what you eat all next week. you need a treat once in a while. just don't overdo it. pick one meal each week to have at least a taste of something you really like. you'll be less likely to cheat on your diet. remember portion is the key.

No. It's not good to think of dieting/weight-loss as "all or nothing". As long as you are eating well and exercising most of the time, it is not the end of the world to occasionally have a treat.

Ha ha I just went to Taco Bell and now I am drinking a martini, but right now I don't care. Sometimes you gotta live a little. You can get back on track tomorrow.

Not unless you let yourself fall into the all or nothing trap. Letting yourself go crazy because of one slip is a fast road to gaining the weight back.
