Neither, His next return is the "Rapture" where the "Church" the bride of Christ rise to meet Him in the air. This event can occur at any time, So you see His coming will not be to preach in a church. The return after the Rapture will come 7 years later and Christ will come to earth to set up His millennial reign. This event is when Christ will demonstrate to the world that there can be peace on earth. The millennium will be followed by the Great White Throne Judgment where all non believers will stand to give account of their lives and what they did with Christ whom God sent to die for their sins. They can say " I never heard " or " I heard but did not believe" . They will be sent as it says to spend eternity in hell for rejecting God's perfect gift to cleanse them. Where do you stand?

I agree with the person who said "no preaching, its time for judgement". If you read revelations, you will see that upon the second coming, he will descend gloriously to the point that no one will miss it.

However, if He was to walk to earth and preach again, He more than likely would choose natures setting. As for choosing between a chrch and a mosque, I dont believe that He would differentiate. Any gathering praising the word of god, or allah, or jehovah, or any other name for the one god, will be His chosen ground.

Most Christians believe that when Christ returns, the need for mosques and churches will pass away. Revelation will no longer be mediated, and the practices of religion will no longer be needed, because humanity will see God face to face.

What difference does it make? When Christ "returns" as you put it, the earth is not going to be the same as it is now. There will be no mosques or churches - it will be paradise.

I'm not trying to be difficult, but doubt he would preach in either of those places. I would imagine he would reject Christianity as it is currently being proselytized and start a New Christian Following that adheres more closely to what *his* beliefs were/are. Modern Christianity, imho, has drifted far from what Christ's original teachings and messages were, and I don't think he would fit in very well today as a Christian.

If Christ returns and is in a Church, I wouldn't want to be around (Matthew 23). It is more likely that he would be found among the outcasts and downtrodden of society.

Neither--why would a Jew preach in a church or a mosque??--doesn't compute.

Who the hell knows? How do we know if Christ is going to return in the first place?

If he did return, he'd most likely be in someone's yard or house... shunning any ONE religious establishment... he was here for everybody, no matter what walk of life they hailed from. He didn't draw lines in the sand, nor was he as dualistic as people often portray him.
