Yes and I will treat all of my slave-women well...
Seriously, if we survived an all out nuclear assault with the mega-tonnage that is out there today, I can't imagine too many people really surviving for too long even if they escape most of the blast effects, firestorms and initial radiation levels.
Every ground zero with most warheads available nowadays, will be enough to level each city it hits, then the firestorms eat things up for miles beyond... who's going to survive all that THEN the radiation? Hiroshima... was peanuts...

Why limit yourself to just women? Every race, and every nation, at one time or another, has used slavery; in trade, for 'racial cleansing' or for just work.
Men, women, and children; young and old, weak and strong. They've all got their place and their price in the slavery market, whenever an where-ever it occurs.
NO, I don't think that slavery will come back if we got hit with a nuke. Roving gangs maybe, limited individual slavery, but not widepread sales. Get ready for the Thunderdome!
