I use plain sugar. 5 pound bag at the grocery store for what, 1.99? Sugar acts as a natural exfoliant in two ways. The grains rub against the skin and also sugar produces glycolic acid which is a natural alpha hydroxy acid. It really works and it's cheap!

1 cup granulated sugar or white cane sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
you can add a few drops of peppermint or rosemary oil, whatever you like. Or not.

Combine in a bowl. Scoop some of the mixture out and gently rub it on your skin in circular motions. Leave for 3 – 4 minutes, then rinse off.

I'd plug Arbonne but honestly feel their mask is the best scrub (not the best) I use Booths - a green apple exfoliant - it's harsh but works - so well. I use it twice a week.

I found it at Rite Aid. It's all natural and before I do it on a clean face I use a very very warm clean wash cloth to pull the dead cells even closer -

egg white, dry cream of wheat cereal and a squirt of baby oil. Mix it us so the egg is really foamy and put it on your face. It will feel pretty nasty and slimy, but it works. Then, let the egg white dry and cereal dry (must be cream of wheat, oatmean wont work), then just scrub it off, using the cereal as the exfoliant.

If you have very oily skin, you may leave out or reduce the baby oil and add a little lemon juice (very little).

This is not a joke. This is a very old receipe from before women had cosmetics.

Honey and almond scrub. www.myavalla.com. You need a regular skin care routine. Cleanser, toner, and moisturiser. Do this daily morning and night. A weekly treatment of scrub and a masque are extremely helpful as well.

For face? I would recommend Lush Angels on Bare Skin, it's natural and the particles are tiny, it wont hurt your skin and your skin will be sooooo smooth afterwards. Check the source out, it has some more info on the product and review.
